This week Sean is playing through a couple visual novels, a couple iOS games and the big release this week: Ni No Kuni. Nathan plays some Skyrim. KRUNCH and The Cave and Jon is playing Sonic '06 for some reason. And liking it.
A bunch of news dropped this week. The final chapter of the THQ bankruptcy is revealed and Nintendo drops word on Windwaker HD, Fire Emblem X Shin Megami Tensei, Miiverse on phones and a whole lot more.
We're all back for a regular episode and have been playing a lot. Nathan plays new iOS hit Hundreds. Jon is checking out DmC as well as Wake Up Club with Sean. Sean also finishes up Gravity Rush and starts playing Analogue: A Hate Story.
There's a lot of news including information on the Steam box from CES, more updates on THQ, Dead Island Riptide's collector's edition, new Pokemon games announced and quite a bit more!
I'm pretty sure we didn't actually do much spoiler talking this time. Just tread lightly.
It's that time of year again! We all sit down and run through our own personal top ten games of 2012! We also add a few other categories to the episode this time including Most Disappointing and our future Predictions. And as a bonus, we invited Pixel Response's Paul Fleck to come and join us for the fun times. So enjoy this extra long and extra special edition of the Top Down Perspective!
Jon is away at MAGfest which leaves Nathan and Sean to host our last episode before the GOTY special. Nathan has been playing Mark of the Ninja and Shank 2 along with more Spaceteam (same with Sean). Sean has also been playing Dance Central 3 and Forza Horizon.
News is scarce but we discuss the first footage of Activision's The Walking Dead game as well as Sony filing for a patent that may fight against used games.
