Happy Thanksgiving! Stuff this extra long episode in and be thankful!
With Sean gone to turkeyland and Jon working the TRG mines, Nathan joins Paul to discuss a bit more about the finer points of Alan Wake 2, Pikmin 4 and Super Mario Bros. Wonder.
Not much news but a bunch of fun user questions and Paul gets Nathan's Video Game Awards predictions!

Things are slowing down slightly before the storm as Jon checks out some older games including Phantom 2040 on the SNES, which might be one of the best games from back then! Sean has been playing Cocoon and a lot of Lies of P... including a super secret game he has early access to. Paul is almost done the Baldur's Gate 3 trek and is planning his next adventure.
In news, NoClip has released a documentary about the Burger King games, Diablo 4 comes to Steam and a bunch of companies get hit with lay-offs still, including Naughty Dog and TellTale this week.

Things are slow in the podcast coalmines with Sean gone so Jon tells us tales of...everything? Also he's been doing a bunch of reading of Power Rangers stuff this week! Paul has been playing Gravity Rush and a slew of Mario romhacks.
Not a lot of news, Blizzard games are slowly coming to Steam and Xbox Live/Gold are officially being sucked into the Game Pass blackhole.

It's Keigh-3 time and with Summer Games Fest-ivities starting, Sean is in the field on assignment and Jon is busy driving across the country so Nathan comes back to help Paul deliver a monstrous episode for your entertainment.
We don't go through too much news as it's still happening but Nathan has been playing Super Mario Maker 2 and comparing Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to games he likes more. He's also been trying out some Fallout 4. Paul is deep into Diablo IV and has a lot of love for it, even though he really also fell in love with a small horror game called Homebody that stole his fancy for the week.
See you next week for a LOT of news talk!

Sean has gone to greener pastures, literally, so it's up to Jon and Paul to bring you a show to remember!
Jon has been playing more Pizza Tower so, if you're not a patron enjoy some free opinions on that (but seriously we talk way more about it if you are on TDP+ ;)). Between running around making pizzas, he's also checked out This Means Warp, Afterimage, Magical Drop VI and Deathwish Enforcers.
Paul has been having a great time starting Cassette Beasts (check it out!), less of a great time in Redfall and struggling with the old Armored Core games.
No real news so we just answer a bunch of emails! Enjoy!

Happy Thanksgiving! Sean is away on assignment to eat a bunch of turkey but makes some time to play Pokemon Violet and work through Pentiment a bunch. Paul also has been playing Violet and we all have some opinions on that. Jon got Astlibra working on the Steam Deck and has been poking on that in between some Picross and Guilty Gear Strive/DNF Duel.
No real news this week so we just take a bunch of questions and do episode titles.

The crew is gone so the pinch-hitter Nathan is brought in to hit some dingers. First we answer the question of if Return to Monkey Island is any good from one of the biggest adventure game fans in the crew. Next, Splatoon fever has hit Nathan and he visits a bunch of Nintendo stuff like Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade, Yoshi's Woolly World and Pikmin 3 before jumping into a terrible game called Aero Porter. Paul has started revisiting the Dead Space series.
In news, Far Cry 6 GOTY Edition is double the price, Game Pass makes a bunch of money and Google is releasing Cloud Gaming Chromebooks.

Since Sean and Jon can legally never be in the same place at the same time, we sent Sean across the world and brought Jon back from the eye of the storm to talk about his trip and some of his more interesting games he's been playing for stream and while travelling. Paul has been Boning up on Trombone Champ and throwing in some time in Grounded now that it's hit version 1.0.
Little news as important as the voice of Mario but Overwatch 2 is pissing people off and a bunch of beloved websites like Gamespot and Giant Bomb have been sold to Fandom.

Sean is gone to PAX this week so Paul and Jon hold down the fort. Jon has been playing Rolling Thunder 3 from the Genesis days in his spare time and showing off Demon Throttle (the last physical-only release in this day and age) and a cool tower defense game called ORX while Paul finishes Cult of the Lamb and plays a bunch of Fortnite.
Paul reached out to the audience this week to send him all the news they wanted and we run down a bunch of stuff, including a new Assassin's Creed is going to be shown soon, Shovel Knight Dig is out in a month and Ubisoft is trying to keep people happy, amongst many, many, many, many other topics.

Sean is gone this week somewhere in Canada. Where? We cannot say! That's fine because Nathan joins us at the table this week in his stead!
Jon has played more Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge and is working through Devil May Cry 5 on stream along with Xenoblade Chronicles while Nathan talks some dialogue choices in Disco Elysium: Final Cut. Paul has been waiting for games to come out.
Slow news but a Nintendo Direct showed some cool stuff and Niantic is making some basketball thing?

Paul and Jon hold the fort down as Sean is out with injury. Jon hasn't really been playing much but is able to now talk about Blaster Master Zero 3, which he does. Paul, on the other hand, has been continuing through FFXIV, checks out the beta for New World, gets enthralled with Cris Tales, gets disappointed in Pokemon Unite's monetization and falls in love with Death's Door.
News is a bummer. Activision Blizzard on trial for some messed up stuff, Tom Clancy gets a bunch of attitude and EA Play shows us a bunch of neat things coming up.

Jon continues giving Resident Evil 7 a chance and ends up finishing the main game and most DLCs for it. The final verdict? Tune in. Paul finds a fun new podcast game loop in Necromunda: Hired Gun.
In news, news is coming soon. E3 dates are given. The news of news is news!

Not much news, just some end year stats and a whole bunch of questions.
